- 2008-09-08 With scores of 69-71-69, Sophia finishes on 3rd place and moves to 9th on the Final Money List of the Duramed Futures Tour to earn her LPGA (priority 14-22) card. Sophia is back on the LPGA for 2009!!
- 2008-08-25 With scores of 76-73-71 Sophia finishes T41 at the Gettysburg Championship.
Her last chance to advance to the top 5 comes in Albany, NY during the ILOVENY Chambionship to be celebrated from Sept. 5-7. Good Luck!!

- 2008-08-18 After a top 10 finish in Kentucky, Sophia shoots 71-68-66 (-11) and ties for FIRST place at the Greater Richmond Championship in Virgina. Unfortunatly, she looses the playoff but her 2nd place finish moves her to 11 in the YTD Money List!!
- 2008-07-13 Sophia struggles in 4 holes this week at the CIGNA Classic and finishes T42. Her quest for the top 5 on the Duramed Futures Tour continues next in Syracuse, NY!!
- 2008-06-16 Sophia finishes T12 at the Duramed Futures Tour Major tournament with scores of 72/69/71/70 (par 70). After this week, Sophia stays at 16th place on the YTD Money List and goes to play her next tournament in Mason, OH this week. We wish her good luck!!
- 2008-06-02 Sophia shoots a final round of 69 at the Aurora Health Championship and jumps from 68th place to 19th. With 10 tournamnets left, Sophia is tied for 16ht in the Money List.
